Ascension is developing Consciousness, connecting to our spiritual energetic intelligence
[HigherSELF [SOUL]], and then integrating that intelligence within our human life.
​Meaning we are Ascending into our HigherSELF Heart Consciousness. ​

I  am posting the information to provide a basic understanding of Ascension and the transfiguration of the IndividualSELF Consciousness Sphere Body System experienced by a human being as he or she chooses to Ascend.  The information Is not new to Humanity - this content has been transmitted by THE UNIVERSE Center of ALL LIFE; however, this information has not been available to most human beings. I experienced the changes noted below without access to this knowledge, and my intent is to share with others who discover the IndividualSELF.com website.

ASCENSION

Ascension brings about the E-X-P-A-N-S-I-O-N of the auric consciousness field; the subtle body and the etheric body which surrounds the human physical form [body].  This ultimately translates down to a physical body expansion that follows.

Ascension is the process in which the HigherSELF Heart [Soul] merges with the physical human body to become one vessel - the Complete Individual Consciousness Sphere Body System moves into the non-physical realms merged with the HigherSELF Heart.

Ascension does not mean we are leaving and going anywhere; our Souls are evolving while our spirit remains in the physical body.  Due to Earth's restructuring and climatic alterations as Earth is ascending, our environments will change, the world will transform into that which is healthier for our new way of living. In order for the body to integrate the light energies of the our Ascending Earth, there are changes that are taking place as our complete Consciousness Sphere Body System transforms. As these transformations occur, there are many discomforts, aches and pains through the many stages of Ascension.
 
​As Earth Changes are creating physical changes in our bodies there is a transmutation taking place in the very cells of your body. A transmutation is the act of being transmuted or changed or altered in form, appearance, nature to a higher form.   ​​

Ascension STAGES

Ascension Stages bring down layers of light and sound from our HigherSELF Consciousness, by descending these layers into matter and anchoring them into our physical body. The transmissions of electromagnetic frequencies occur throughout many functions of our complete Consciousness Sphere Body System, between the Central Nervous System, Brain and physical body parts, by way of Consciousness Zero Points. Ascension is a shift in the energetic spectrum of frequency patterns held in our physical form. When absorbed and activated into the layers of the human Consciousness Sphere Body System, this activates the higher DNA instruction set. This catalyzes a chain of events that creates a complete transformation and transmutation of various patterns and thought programs. When spiritually activated, reconciled identity patterns begin to shift, re-emerge and clear from the layers of experiences coded into every cell and memory pattern held as an energetic vibration within the emotional and mind consciousness body layers.

The biological ascension process manifests physical, mental and emotional Ascension symptoms that ignite spiritual crisis [a period of darkness]. Many without an Ascension frame of reference are cycled into the medical system prescribed drugs that may interfere with the spiritual development, because they are being diagnosed with a disease. Your must discern and take control over your Individual health and wellbeing. 

The Ascension process will bring forth all decay within the human physical body a little at a time.  There are six groups of virus [some created by the UNIVERSAL darkness opposing force 35,000 years ago] that hide within the human nervous system.

Each group of viruses brings forth a disease of one sort or another altering the genetics of a particular part of the body to bring in the needed amount of UNIVERSAL life pulse. All disease is activated as a result of emotional or energetic trauma to a region of the emotional and mind consciousness body.  ​

Ascension Symptoms

1. Repeated intense inner body heat “hot flashes”, hands and/or bottoms of feet extremely hot, spine, back, head, entire body heat
2. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back.
3. Memory loss. A great abundance of short term memory loss 
4. Extreme sweating with every hot flash
5. Repeated cold flashes, inner body cold spots, certain chakra areas turn cold for periods
6. Inner body electrical-like vibrations, buzzing, inner shaking, slowly moving inner energy vibrations
7. Extra electricity in your body, constantly getting zapped when you touch things
8. Muscle spasms, twitching, itching, strange sensations on or under the skin, nerve sensitivity
9. Pains & pressures in areas of spine, pressures so tense it blows certain vertebra out-of-place

21. Severe belly bloat, swelling in the gut & upper diaphragm area, the “Buddha Belly” thing

ASCENSION CATEGORIES

There are four Ascension [Christ Consciousness] Categories  

1. Initiation: ​
   1. Frequency receivers in DNA allow you to seek, absorb and hold new levels of frequency. Theses receivers activate in the  Ascension Stages of the initiation cycle. Every energy field and identity has an intelligence blueprint.  All energy holds intelligence signatures, or consciousness ~ this intelligence is being accessed through DNA receivers of the HigherSELF Heart and is perceived through the neurological system and brain receiver senses in the physical body. You develop an internal Truth compass when coming into contact with harmony and balanced vibrational patterns and those that are discordant, inorganic and not in alignment with Christ Consciousness and UNIVERSAL TRUTH.  If DNA frequency receivers are not active,  you are not able to hold a certain frequency, there is no way to discern spiritual intelligence or see something if you do not possess the receivers for that frequency.  The frequency will be blocked out and you will not comprehend the information or the information will be distorted and not in alignment with UNIVERSAL TRUTH.
2. Absorption
   1. Once the new electromagnetic frequency is initiated into the Human Consciousness Sphere Body system and transmitted into the body by the Central Nervous System and Brain, the frequency and information carried is gradually absorbed within the LightBody. Each IndividualSELF has unique personal frequency absorption process, as the new frequency will hold information that will bring to the surface many different experiences, revealing life and ancestral negative emotional blocks and belief systems that must be reconciled and cleared.
3. Integration
   1. Upon the etheric body receiving the maximum frequency absorption of the newly absorb electromagnetic signals - the human being will begin to integrate new energies and develop higher sensory abilities. 
4. Ascension Begins 
   1. After absorbing all of the frequency bands and codes in a dimensional instruction set, the frequencies will cause systemic upgrades that result in new levels of spiritual consciousness. greater planetary awareness and spiritual intelligence.

CELLULAR TRANSFORMATION

As the process of cellular transformation progresses; you will be weighted down by an erroneous feeling of unworthiness. All the darkness contained within yourSELF, and in your head, you regard as your own. These feelings are not yours, but they are the heritage of all species that you represent. ​

• The process of Ascension is similar to the caterpillar that becomes the butterfly. First the caterpillar creates a cocoon; then the cocoon breaks down, to reformulate into a butterfly. ​
• ​​The lipid Cholesterol is of key importance in the Ascension process.​​​​
• Each cell requires a new fat coating which is cholesterol based.​​​​
• This fat coating holds a higher vibration or frequency than the protein that once held the cell wall or membrane together.​
• The crystalline cell has a cell wall that is made of a lipid compound, i.e., body fat. Body fat holds a higher vibration. Within our current form, cells are continuously replacing themselves, and the continued cell die-off creates a plaque that coats the arterial walls and the intestinal track. This plaque leads to hardening of the arteries. The crystalline cell has the ability to have the cell walls dissolve and reconstruct as needed.
• The bone marrow hosts the growth of red blood cells along with two types of white blood cells in the crystalline blueprint. Red blood cells are capable of
  carrying more oxygen and sugar or waste.  The difference is directly related to the surface of the red blood cell which hosts a type of lipid that attracts more oxygen, sugar or waste unto each cell. The two white blood cells formed in the bone marrow are the most common throughout the body and therefore, they absorb most viruses, bacteria and other foreign waste. 
• Ascension requires specific nutrients during each phase of development.​​
• The human energy field is sustained by a tightly condensed gridwork of energy lines which are made up of molecules that are neatly lined up in a dimensional grid pattern.​
• There are major consciousness zero points and energy junctures known as meridians that deliver life-pulse through the subtle body that is then transferred to every molecule rotating throughout the gridwork so that the continued rotation is sustained.​
• In the examination of the gridwork of the human body, entire blocks of the grid system have generally ceased to vibrate on a molecular level. Wherever the molecules have ceased to vibrate, aging, illness or decay exists within the form as not enough life-pulse is available to sustain life on a cellular level. ​
• To create a biological Ascension, all molecules must first vibrate. Once all molecules are vibrating, the rotational speed of the molecules can be increased until the entire form is moved into the next dimension.​
• Due to the level of decay within the current human body, Ascension first requires the repair of what has decayed and the resurrection of all molecules that have ceased to vibrate.​
• ​In Ascension, all must come to balance so that emotion, language, intuition and creativity are all present at once. 

DNA AND RNA

All living beings are reliant on three main molecules for all biological functions. DNA is an intelligent molecule that encodes the complete set of genetic instructions required to gather, maintain, and reproduce every living being. RNA has multiple vital roles in the coding, decoding, regulation, and expression of genetics. RNA’s primary responsibility is to make proteins, according to the instruction sets encoded within a cell’s DNA.
 
All DNA and RNA function upon the gender principle of base pairs that hydrogen bond together. Base pairs must bond in the sequence of which allows DNA and RNA to communicate (as per the original design of our 12 Strand DNA). As well as allow the RNA to produce functioning proteins that continue to build the rungs that synthesize and correct the double helix of DNA.

DNA Signals 
DNA sequences emit low frequency electromagnetic (EM) waves which make up DNA signals that organize the nucleotides, or arrange the pattern of raw material of the DNA. DNA signals communicate with each other and genetically mutate, by receiving data transmissions that evolve into new patterns of DNA.

THE UNIVERSE CORE MAGNETIC FIELD

THE UNIVERSE Core Magnetic Field is changing the atmospheric layer of the planet’s magnetic field, as well as the magnetic tone resonance that emanates from the inner core of our planet...changing how our DNA structure operates.
 
There are changes occurring to the planetary structure impacting humanity in a variety of ways, putting stress upon our physical, mental, emotional bodies as we begin to adapt to the laws and structure of THE UNIVERSE.

All Organs have a spiritual intelligence that has a higher purpose, which they have not been able to embody previously. These organs are starting to be reconnected to higher purpose and function in the physical body during stages of Ascension.

Ascension is a natural, ongoing and normal process of THE UNIVERSE accomplished by an increase in wisdom, compassion, tolerance and integrity, leading an IndividualSELF to UNIVERSAL Love.  Ascension  is a stage in the evolutionary process where an IndividualSELF raises to a higher vibrational health state achieved from IndividualSELF efforts and basis, chosen by each according to Human life experiences and growth. 

Below is a list of the most frequent Physical Body and Emotional Body discomforts I experienced as I reconciled and cleared negative emotion energy blocks from my IndividualSELF Emotional Body within my Consciousness Sphere Body System.

• Sharp ups and downs in emotional state
• Headache, sinus and eye discomfort, drainage and blurred eyesight  
• Physical fatigue 
• Sore throat 
• Persistent cough 
• Increase and decrease in body temperature  ​

• Low to moderate discomfort in the area of the sternum, which may be felt in the back behind the sternum I discerned that this was the opening of petals within my thymus gland with my IndividualSELF Mind Consciousness Body and Emotional Body.​
