Understanding the Layers of the Unconscious MindThe Foundation: The Unconscious Mind (Layer One)
Key Emotions & Behaviors: Abuse | Trauma | Shock | Devastation This root layer functions like a hard drive storing every experience and cellular memory—whether from past lives, the womb, or unconscious states. These memories, especially around trauma, often influence physical and emotional well-being. Left unresolved, they affect the autonomic nervous system and may manifest as illness or dysfunction. The Instinctual Mind (Layer Two) Key Emotions & Behaviors: Shame | Guilt | Fear | Rage | Betrayal | Abandonment | Enslavement Often called the pain body, this layer reflects instinctual drives and reactive behaviors. The instinctual mind is deeply influenced by unresolved trauma from Layer One. When not addressed, this layer drives self-sabotage, addiction, and self-worth struggles. Healing begins with self-awareness and emotional regulation. The Conscious Ego [negative ego] Mind (Layer Three) Key Emotions & Behaviors: Pride | Addiction | Envy | Wrath | Gluttony | Apathy | Greed This is the surface personality most humans identify with. However, the negative ego is shaped by the deeper pain layers. Ego behaviors, like judgment or over-identification with pain, may create “inner structures” that attract dark energetic attachments. Over time, these structures block connection to spirit and reinforce separation from SOURCE. The Root of Separation and Ego Sub-Personalities Each trauma leaves behind a fragment of your spirit in a “sub-personality.” These often develop in childhood or during other lifetimes. The more disconnected a human is from the inner spirit [HigherSELF Heart], the more likely they are to live from these fractured identities—fueling pain, fear, and disease. The Eight Core Levels of Ego Distortion
The Path to Liberation and Sovereignty When you confront your negative ego, heal trauma, and reclaim lost spiritual fragments, you begin to dissolve the internal walls of separation. This opens the path to IndividualSELF Sovereignty, a state of alignment with SOURCE, individual responsibility, and spiritual intelligence. Final Insight The negative ego will do anything to maintain control and keep you in survival mode. But when you meet this mode with the strength of your indwelling spirit, healing and freedom become possible. Your journey of self-reclamation helps not only you—but others walking the path toward awakening. |
