There are frequency shifts and changes to THE UNIVERSE energetic terrain underway which remain largely unknown and confusing to most of the human beings on the Earth. Humans do not know how to process what we are feeling, what we are experiencing, from all the lies and deceptions we have been told about the nature of reality. As a result, we see the outward manifestation of constant mental anxiety and exhibiting imbalanced to extreme negative behaviors. Therefore, anxiety is a result of this mental confusion, when we do not have a proper evolutionary context of which to frame our beliefs, traditions and habits that are dying structures [dying to SELF]. Others may feel/sense that the energetic foundation of the earth field has shifted, which creates sensations of great anxiety, tension and stress.

You may not resist the change upon the planet or fight against this transformational current without getting energetically pummeled. Everyone is feeling some level of this evolutionary change now. Negative mental thoughts and behaviors are not tolerated in the new UNIVERSE frequencies and if we have not cleared our egoself to submit to our HigherSELF Heart guidance, we are getting hammered by external circumstances which amplify these inner distortions. We must return to inner balance by discerning current events underway and learning mind techniques to release the mental anxiety and shift the human physical body into peaceful and relaxed states of being, even when in the midst of great chaos. 

There are egoself thought-forms you must reconcile and remove from within your consciousness to begin to receive guidance from your HigherSELF Heart. ​ ​

I created this book quickly during a difficult time caused by great darkness forced attacks on mySELF and immediate family.  This book would not be in print/published had the darkness opposing force been in greater control of forced events in my life.  ​This book is a Spiritual Intelligence Introductory 101 with words constructed in a way that is forbidden by the darkness opposing force in control of our world. There is much more for you to discern about this darkness force and how THE UNIVERSE CREATOR intended humans to utilize words in our every day language. I will share  more on this subject, and how this book came to be at a later date.
