UCPOL Resources and Information: Entropy and Negentropy

Consciousness is energy, and energy is Conscious, and as such they are interchangeable. Energy is directed through many intelligent systems in which consciousness either contracts or expands to lower or increase frequency rate.

• When energy continually contracts, consciousness is decreasing in amount through losses of energy, which lowers the frequency rate.
• When energy continually expands, consciousness is increasing in amount through gains of energy, which heightens the frequency rate. 
• The human spiritual  body is also systems of consciousness energy, thus the spiritual body also lose or increase energy depending on many different factors. 

THE UNIVERSE Center of All Life will  drill down a bit further, into these factors and exposures, originating from both individual and impersonal forces.

• Everything has an energetic signature and is composed of spectrums of frequency arranged in form holding blueprints. 
• The human blueprint and Lightbody is an energetic system. For the Lightbody to be constricted and losing energy, the indvidual is choosing destructive behaviors and/or is exposed to lower frequencies, which lose or leak energy.
• For the Lightbody to expand and increase energy, a human is choosing positive behaviors and/or is exposed to higher frequencies, which maintain or gain energy.
• All systems, including the earth body, and human body systems, require energy in order to function well. Further, they require consistent energy in order to evolve, expand and progress in consciousness over time. During the chaotic transformation happening on the earth, a human must be able to accurately discern the energetic source powering a system. A human needs to inquire/ask where the energy source of a system is being generated from, and if there are excessive expenditures of energy or energy drains, through destructive behaviors of consumptive modeling.
• As humanity progresses in the new time cycle during the bifurcation, every detail of human existence will be under magnification, as a human interacts with any kind of energetic system. The clarity of where a human directs individual energy and attention is being amplified, in order to plainly see where the energy is being directed and how the energy is being used. The question to  ask is, “Where is his/her personal energy being drained and where is his/her energy being supported and restored?”

Human Groups are Energetic Systems

• Trust is everything in building relationships and building Group Consciousness. Without comprehending the necessity of building trust and consistent trustworthy behaviors, the entire foundation of Group Consciousness and community structures based to help humanity will crumble. Group consciousness without balance fractures into the hive mind mentality, humans that refuse to think individually will react in a mob frenzy.  
• Humanity is evolving into learning how to better function within Group Consciousness as a byproduct of the Ascension Cycle. Thus, humans are purposefully thrust into situations that involve navigating group consciousness, such as communities, organizations, memberships, professions, and a multitude of other types of group relationships.
• Many humans on the Ascension path are guided into some form of spiritual or consciousness community. This is not only to learn and develop spiritually, but to explicitly gain self-knowledge in how to successfully navigate group dynamics by improving conflict resolution, and communication skillsets without being negatively triggered. Humans must learn how to get along with each other harmoniously in a group setting, and many  will be facing these kinds of social challenges now. As a human faces an array of social challenges, he or she will be measuring his or her energetic output and input as forms of available energy, in order to determine what activities expend too much energy, and when a human needs to conserve energy. This is directly related to the new skillset of the discernment of Entropic and Negentropic systems. Bringing awareness to the behavior of systems, and how that loss of energy or increase of energy influences is his or her lives.
• To participate with the Ascension Cycle, requires the transformation away from serving the individualistic egocentric self.  Ascension requires finding his or her place within group consciousness, without losing the core of the IndividualSELF or draining of Individual energy. When a human is not being a true IndividualSELF,  a human is drained of energy, used for putting up an egoic facade.
• As a human is losing the negative ego identity, he or she is in the process of finding the true IndividualSELF  finding new ways to increase his or her energy. This is how a human learns to expand his or her ability to feel comfortable while participating or observing a variety of roles or archetypes that may be revealed  within a group consciousness. Eventually, the goal is to become aware of the roles or archetypes that are played unconsciously, and to clear his or her SELF from hiding behind them as masks that is showed to the public. Unconscious masks drain human energy and are created from; wounded ego, unresolved conflicts, ingrained fears of vulnerability and betrayals of misplaced trust in others.
• Becoming UNIVERSAL Truth while in a group setting, requires humans to shed all false identities to express transparently and authentically, without ever needing to defend who he or she are. This takes practice to finally get right.
