The Emotional Body

​The emotional body is the subtle body necessary to feel emotions within human life experiences. The emotional body is created and designed to translate vibrations into emotions so that the body is able to  feel. Without a healthy emotional body, a human being lives in a state in which little to no feeling is present. Without feeling, a human being will not discern how his or her behavior and choices affect another.

The emotional body has logic methods of synthesizing energy and ideas that are unique. The logic of the mind will bring conclusions, whereas the logic of emotions will bring cognition. Without cognition operating consciously through the emotive facilities, logical conclusions make no sense to conscious awareness. When emotional cognition is cut off from logical perception an artificial boundary is created within human HigherSELF Heart identity and conscious awareness. There are techniques to assist in emotional healing, intuitive development and activation of HigherSELF higher senses.  If the logical mind refuses to learn the subtle dynamics of energy direction through the mind, a human is not able to bring into awareness the knowledge to clear the emotional energies. Therefore, a human will not grow to understand the logic of the higher senses. Emotions are the key to salvation for through the perceptual structures of the emotional facility UNIVERSAL TRUTH may be discerned. 

Primary and Basic Emotions 

There are two primary Human emotions; joy and fear. Joy is an expression of a need becoming fulfilled and fear is an expression of a need not becoming fulfilled. Fear also represents a fight or flight avoidance response that will over-ride the Mind when necessary. Should fear lead to frustration when failing to meet a goal, the resulting emotion is anger due to a loss of something, thus resulting in an emotion of sadness. These four basic emotions; joy, fear, anger and sadness should be understood as indicators of IndividualSELF preservation.    

These four basic emotions motivate mental and physical responses of approach or avoidance to ensure IndividualSELF preservation.  An IndividualSELF is not able to progress if an IndividualSELF is not preserved, this then becomes the reasoning these four basic emotions are fundamental within Human nature. All other emotions are outgrowths of these primary four emotions and are voluntary emotions.​

Voluntary Emotions 

​Voluntary emotions are not present at birth; voluntary emotions develop with age, interaction and experience. Voluntary emotions develop entangled with culture values, memories and beliefs of the Mind. Voluntary emotion expressions may be as complex, simple, supportive or debilitative as the Human Mind in which they are experienced. They are directly related to Human life experience, in other words; they are learned. Voluntary emotions may be joined with any Human idea, which exists within the realm of the Mind. The summations and beliefs that invoke them vary widely.

Joy and fear

Joy: A very glad feeling, happiness, delight; anything causing this. As children, we experienced this before knowing the emotion had a name and definition. Much of Joy is relative to creative activity. 

HigherSELF Heart and Mind need: The drive for preservation, expression and development. 

Life Experiences: 
  • Rewarding experiences achieving better than expected results.
  • Creative expression of the HigherSELF Heart
  • Effective development of the HigherSELF Mind. 

Instinctive Response: To approach; to recreate experiences to bring about the feeling again and again.

Creation Principle Function: To accomplish IndividualSELF preservation, development and expression by identification of life experiences to be cultivated, reinforced and recreated. To provide motivation to continue along paths which are aligned with UNIVERSAL TRUTH and UNIVERSAL Balance and Harmony. Once you have one joyful experience, you then build upon this experience until the experience becomes a treasured choice. 

Fear:  Anxiety caused by real or possible danger. 

HigherSELF Heart and Mind need: The drive for IndividualSELF preservation.

Life Experiences: 
  • Threatening situations. 
  • Internal beliefs, thoughts, ideas or memories, which cause perceived danger or potential threat to need fulfillment. 
  • Things or situations in the external environment which threaten health, safety or need fulfillment. 
  • Emotional boundaries of IndividualSELF which cause mild anxiety in developmental or learning situations and experiences.

Instinctive Response: To take flight, to retreat.


Creation Principle Function: To motivate the avoidance of, and the escape from situations which threaten to diminish need fulfillment opportunities or efforts and threats to survival.

Anger and sadness
Anger:  Hostile feelings because of an opposition, a hurt. 

HigherSELF Heart and Mind need:  Drive for IndividualSELF preservation; stifled, confounded or needs not satisfied for strength and control over an IndividualSELF's destiny. 

Life Experiences: 
  • Power/control loss situations.
  • Frustrated needs due to perceived external obstacles. 
  • The cause may be an environmental obstacle or a lack of the IndividualSELF, both of which are external to the HigherSELF Heart and Mind. 

​Instinctive Response
:  The fight response, outward aggression. 

Creation Principle Function: 
 To accomplish IndividualSELF preservation by generating correct expressive behavioral responses which successfully remove the obstacles from the external environment. 

Anger may be invoked by perceptions based upon inadequate beliefs, morals or emotional boundaries. Are related beliefs, morals and expectations realistic and reasonable? If not, the anger is not justified. Does the environment deny a just and equitable opportunity for need fulfillment?  If not, the anger is not justified. In both cases, beliefs are to be altered accordingly. This step will remove the internal belief standard of  the emotion of anger that is not in alignment with UNIVERSAL TRUTH.
  • If effective behavior responses have resulted in failure and the obstacle is legitimate, begin to effect external changes. Begin behavior responses toward the anger cause which will successfully alter or remove the obstacle to allow needs to be  fulfilled. Begin cooperative communications to accomplish this goal. 
  • If cooperation is not successful begin a more aggressive action within the established conflict-resolution processes, escalating in direct proportion to lack of receptivity within the environment. 
  • If after all cooperative expressive attempts the obstacle persists, a Flight Response is in order. This response is then necessary to leave the situation and find more free, just and opportune surroundings. 
Sadness:  Having or expressing unhappy feelings.

HigherSELF Heart and Mind need: Drive for IndividualSELF preservation.

Life Experiences: The perceived irretrievable loss of something need fulfilling; an imagine goal, or a thing. If the loss is impending but has not yet occurred, anger, not sadness will be experienced; the loss is sensed as certain and irretrievable when sadness is experienced. 

Instinctive Response:  To take flight, to escape or deny the loss. 

Creation Principle Function: 
  • Lingering in a state of denial that a loss has actually occurred may perpetuate continuing anger. 
  • Loss may be purely imaginary or falsely perceived and sadness may be experienced unnecessarily and unjustifiably; acceptance of such an imagined loss (or an IndividualSELF esteem lack) may lead to the adoption of faulty and detrimental thought processes and IndividualSELF defeating behaviors. 
Suggested Course Of Response To Sadness: 
  • Acceptance that the loss has occurred upon confirmation of an external experience which validates the loss has occurred.
  • A change is then necessary to shift the object of the loss (idea or thing) into a fondness memory of the past. If anger is experienced during this process, the presence of anger indicates that the loss is not yet fully accepted and acknowledged by the IndividualSELF.
