THE UNIVERSE Center of all Life tells us compassion is the most difficult emotion to understand from outside of such an experience. 

Compassion teaches a human to understand the difficulties of another, and in understanding the difficulties a human chooses not to inflict distress upon another, and in not choosing to inflict distress a human then stands in support of another in a vibrational state of non-attachment. 

There are many paths in ascension; some are about knowledge, some about vision, some about experience creating and some about strength.  However underlying all paths is the positive emotion of compassion, for only as a human learns compassion a human will use knowledge, vision, experience creating and strength to ascend and spiritually evolve; therefore, compassion is a key lesson to be discerned and experienced fully. 
 
Compassion begins with SELF.  Many humans suffer to please another or bend to another's will. Often humans bend his/her will until there is no original truth left in life experience.  Such is the lesson; to cease to bend individual will to another and stand tall in individual spiritual strength and UNIVERSAL TRUTH as a UNIVERSAL Human Being.
 
 Where do you demand another to be who or what you need them to be and fail to allow?  Often humans who control and abuse with power bend the will of others around them.  Such is the lesson of outward-bound destruction, which may be conscious, or unconscious.  Unconscious destruction is an energetic attack that occurs within the invisible energetic world around us and is used to control or manipulate.
 
Over time and through ascension, humans that are outwardly destructive will move into the opposing polarity and experience inward bound destruction.  Inward bound destruction creates the experience of difficulties and rejection along with disease.  Through these experiences a human will experience the heartache to understand why they should not inflict distress and destruction upon another.  Ascension brings forth the ability to learn and discern the positive emotion of compassion, and out of compassion, a human ceases to cause distress to another or SELF ever again.
