​​THE UNIVERSE tells us consciousness energy exists in multiple scales with unique qualities and intelligence factors, electromagnetic sounds and colors that impact how consciousness energy forms into matter.  Consciousness energy is comprised of distinct vibratory patterns that determines the frequency rate and how that frequency is translated into blueprints of manifestation. The quality of consciousness energy accessed is also informed by the frequency generated by the truthful intentions of the creator,  Everything in THE UNIVERSE consists of multiple layers of vibrational frequency, which constitute the multiple scales of consciousness energy in existence, and may be compared to as the available raw materials of the UNIVERSAL Creator. 

This raw material of consciousness energy is available on many scales of dimensional frequency that exist throughout time, and in the higher scales the consciousness energy goes beyond the scale of dimensionalization and into no time.  As a human moves up the consciousness scale, a human accesses more refined levels of consciousness energy, or the higher intelligence of  more refined vibrating aspects.  As a human moves up the scale of consciousness energy spiritual intelligence is heightened as awareness enlightens, and as a result this greatly transforms the strength and quality of human intention made into manifestation. Therefore, human HigherSELF Heart/Soul evolution is the higher aspect of human consciousness-energetic identity.

This understanding of UNIVERSE dimensions is helpful in determining the quality of consciousness energy used in creating or directed at a human through observing and reconciling sudden emotion triggers of negative or destructive behaviors against self or others. To increase the quality of consciousness energy and intention, a human being must remove the ego personality and dark forces from exerting control over individual consciousness energy or intention. Consciousness energy is generated wherever a human places focus and attention, and the quality of frequency will be gathered in the system of energy, with which the intention vibrates. If a human being matches the vibration of humanity's current service to self collective consciousness, humans are co-creating more of the same lower quality negative ego consciousness.

Humanity must discern the differences in qualities of energy, qualities of intention, and to consider placing energetic assessments on organizations or things that humans are involved with. This equips humans to recognize how to responsibly co-create with the qualities inherent in the higher consciousness light forces. Humanity will not manifest higher consciousness creations until we discern the accurate conditions of the dark opposing force collective culture on Earth. We must recognize these dark systems operating around us, as the beginning step.
